Frank Whalen is a singer/songwriter from Cape Cod,Massachusetts whose acoustic rock songs are catchy,joyful,and sung from the heart.His inspired melodies,rhythms, and deeply personal lyrics about the universal message of love combine to make uplifting and truly refreshing music that makes you happy and brings joy to people. Frank was influenced at a young age by the incredible excitement and energy of rock & roll music in the 1960's.From The Beach Boys to Motown and then The Beatles with their heartfelt songs and fantastic singing and playing, Frank was joyfully inspired by the passion and beauty of the music to sing and play guitar. In high school he joined the chorus and sang in vocal competitions and then in college he studied voice with outstanding professional teachers and performed in music recitals and shows. After finishing school, he began to sing and play in various cover bands while continuing to write his own music. Frank soon had enough original material to create his own CD with a collection of songs from his hearts journey that helped him create his own personal sound.
